Choosing Healing and Inner Freedom: Moving from Fear to Freedom

Healing aligns us to our higher purpose, gradually aligning our attention from mind to heart. Mind always works on duality. The moment you trust, it creates an opposite polar instance of doubt. It always has an alternative, a plan B, to escape us from the risk of failing. Mind is a loyal servant. It always thinks practically and logically.

Heart is more powerful as it transcends the chatter of mind’s bi-polar disorder and jumps into trust, jumping out of the safety net to feel a space of freedom. The heart inspires us to live life for real, not the scripted life in our head; it says to experience and learn. This is the beginning of moving from fear to freedom.

Healing any situation empowers you to look deep into your inner wounds, saved carefully in the records of our memories and replayed whenever we feel a trigger or danger in mind’s language. Learning how to heal emotional wounds begins with becoming aware of these memories and understanding how they influence our present reactions.

Whenever a certain type of specific event that happened to us is mapped to a bitter experience, mind rings the alarm and we start behaving as wounded before even the wound touches us. Our nervous system comes into survival mode. It starts mapping to the old memory for gaining back safety.

Suddenly, we are struggling and fighting with all our power, not judging well whether this is needed or even if this is helpful. We spend heavy energy in survival mode. The worst part is we return to old age with old experience. A threatened mind acts so prepared, all guarded and armored. The loyal servant is there to shield you from pain. But the chaos that comes when we fight or suppress is dangerous.

Healing allows us to look behind the veils of subconscious fear and gives us a choice—choose freely or in fear. Understanding how to overcome subconscious fear starts with recognising the fears and memories that unconsciously control our reactions.

There comes our role: we need to make a choice, work on our fears and improve, or choose to function from fears, shut down our nervous system, tremble and walk away from the scenes of danger by showing our back to it.

We need to act from integrity and act consciously; otherwise, we go on repeating what we call patterns. The pattern is always a byproduct of mind’s story. Understanding how healing helps break negative patterns allows us to become more conscious of our reactions and gives us the opportunity to choose a different response.

Choosing healing and inner freedom is a great act of self-love. It gives back your freedom to you and helps you break free from the patterns that no longer serve your growth.
